Immerse yourself in a sensually scented relaxing bath with the Hildegard Braukmann Body Lift Beauty Base Bath. This special bath product not only offers a relaxing bathing experience, but can also contribute to a balanced acid-base balance and help with various skin problems like cellulite.

The unique formula of the Beauty Base Bath is based on an alkaline pH and contains mineral-rich sea salt, Rügen healing chalk, magnesium sulfate, and seaweed extract. This combination intensively nourishes the skin and supplies it with valuable nutrients. The bath is suitable for full baths as well as foot or arm baths and can be used as a soothing treatment after exercise or during periods of stress.

Application: For a full bath, simply dissolve 3 tablespoons of bath salts in warm bathwater (approx. 37°C) and soak for about 20-30 minutes. After drying, we recommend applying BODY LIFT body and/or foot care for optimal skin care. For a foot bath, just 1 tablespoon of bath salts is sufficient.

For additional relaxation and improved circulation, you can perform gentle brush massages during the bath. Please note, however, that the alkaline bath should not be used in cases of iodine intolerance or hyperthyroidism. Avoid contact with eyes and mucous membranes and rinse immediately with plenty of water if contact occurs.
